PARIS, Aug 11 — Lionel Messi arrived at Le Bourget airport in the northeastern suburbs of Paris on Tuesday afternoon to finalise his signing with Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain, following his tearful farewell to Barcelona on Sunday.
