KUCHING, Oct 5: Sarawak Disaster management committee (SDMC) has decided that fully vaccinated individuals will soon have the privilege to travel inter-district effective tomorrow (Oct 6).
As such, these vaccinated traveller need not have to apply for police permit.
Although, the inter-district restriction have been lifted, those who wish to travel inter-state obtaining a police permit is still compulsory.
The committee stressed gathering and visiting relatives, friends and family is still prohibited.
Children below the age of 12 are not encouraged to go out with their parents or guidance watch, of which they too must be fully vaccinated.
