Malaysia Ranked #41 in the 2021 World for Quality of Life

KUCHING, Oct 5: A CEOWWORLD magazine 2021 report has seen Malaysia being ranked 41 for the Quality of Life with a score of 82.34.

In between Malaysia at number 40 are Brazil (82.38), while number 42 is Qatar (82.24).

Finland has been named as the number 1 country in the world in 2021 for Quality of Life while Denmark and Norway placed second and third respectively. Syria is in the last place behind Sudan, Montserrat, North Korea and Comoros.

The rankings measure global perceptions of 165 nations chosen because they contribute most to the world’s GDP. Overall, among the top 10 best countries in the world for the best quality of life the eighth, ninth and tenth positions are held by France, Germany and Japan.

Public safety, political stability and a well-developed public health system drove Finland’s quality life ranking to the top of the Best Countries 2021 list.

Ten key attributes such as affordability, economic stability, family-friendly, a good job market, Income equality, political neutrality & stability, safety, cultural influence, well-developed public education system, and well-developed public health system are the benchmark used by the researchers at the CEOWORLD in analysing and comparing the 165 countries involved.

Each attribute was graded on a 100-point scale.
