Decimal Point S3 EP 2

In 2015, the United Nations introduced the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, centered around 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aimed at ensuring a liveable planet for future generations.

Each member state, including Malaysia, is committed to achieving these goals by 2030. However, many ordinary Malaysians remain unaware of what these goals entail. To shed light on the SDGs and assess Malaysia’s progress toward achieving them, Decimal Point host Dr. Shaun Stephen speaks with Aqim Marzuki, Sustainability Consultant & Accredited SDG UN Impact Trainer, to explore what these goals mean and whether the country is on track for 2030.
