The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is conducting a Consumer Satisfaction Survey for private television and radio broadcasting services in Malaysia.
The objectives of this survey, among others, is to understand and measure consumers’ satisfaction level towards the services in Malaysia.
Taking only around 10 minutes, the survey has a few simple questions and is available in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
All personal information will be kept confidential by MCMC and will be used for the purpose of this survey only.
Completing this survey will facilitate MCMC to continue monitoring and improving consumers’ needs and expectations of private broadcasting services in Malaysia.
