Sarawak Media Group’s Senior Content Development and Acquisition, Ryan Lee calls on all prospect film and content producers, as TVS is on the hunt for new exciting and inspiring programmes that showcase Sarawak heritage, stories, values, cultures and destinations in a fun and entertaining way.
He noted based on Nielson reports, a significant trend in purchasing and consumption habits in 2023 and 2024, and the station wishes to capitalise through content creation that not only resonates with our local viewers but also with a wider audience.
“The programmes should have international appeal and impact, and we want to see the incorporation of local elements and stories that can be understood by audiences worldwide, regardless of language.
“We want our programmes to travel to other platforms, such as OTT, and do well there too,” he added.
Hence, the TV station is looking for fresh and innovative ideas that highlight the beauty and diversity of Sarawak’s economy, development, and ethnic groups.
For those who would like to apply for TVS Pitch-It Batch 7, Series 1/2023, it is compulsory to attend this briefing.
